today we are going to the beach to celabrate the end of summer!:-) yay!!!!! we are going to have the best day ever! i hope i dont get bit by a shark!

Back From Vacation!

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm back from vacation! (i've been back for a week now!) IT WAS THE BEST VACATION EVER! this is exactly what we did in order.

(1) We drove down to florida from virginia (it took a day!)

(2) Our first stop was St. Augustine. when we first got there it was around 7pm. for our first 3 nights we stayed at a holiday inn.(we stayed only at holiday inns.)

(3) The next day we went sightseeing around St. Augustine.when we went into a certian park we ran into a plant that smelled strongly of green peppers. if anyone can tell me what that plant is in the comments i would be grateful.

(4)that night we went on the ripleys ghost train tour!

(5)after that we checked out and headed for marineland

(6)then we drove on daytona beach!

(7)then we went to the best place ever,kennedy space center!!!!!

(8)then we drove to my aunts house in naples.

(9)we went to naples zoo,tin city,and the gulf of mexico.(yes,i know,WARM.)

(10)we went to edison and fords summer homes.

(11)we then went to weeki wachee springs. on the same day we went to homosassa springs.

(12) we drove to south carolina

(13) we came home.

unfortunetly, dad did not come with us. the people who came were:

The Pool

Obviously, its summer. I don't know where you are, but here, it is usually warm in the morning, hot or BLAZING in the afternoon, and warm or cool at night. If its blazing in the afternoon, we will go swimming in our 18' across above-ground pool. For the past years, we took the entire pool down. It was hard work, not to mention we flooded our basement. Last year, we decided we would just put the cover over the pool. I don't know why we didn't do that in the first place, but it sure was a good decisoin. It has been pretty hot around here lately,and we've been itchin' to jump right in. Today we opened the pool and put boatloads of chemicals in (chlorine,baking soda,etc.). Mom said the chemicals had to dissolve, so we couldn't go in yet. I asked her when we could go in, and she said Saturday!(now it is 6/2/11 9:02 PM) I don't want to wait that long! Oh well, at least its not on Sunday. Have a
